LIGHTWEIGHT CONVEYOR BELT
Plied PVG Belt
Our rugged PVG belt is constructed from a blend of PVC and synthetic rubber. This blend gives our PVG belt better ply adhesion and resistance to a wider range of chemicals than standard PVC belt. Besides the upgraded compound, our PVG belt has multiple plies of reinforcement instead of a single interwoven carcass. This gives our PVG belt better stability for tracking and allows us to "split" the plies to achieve an overlapped vulcanized splice. Our overlapped finger splice is the strongest splice available on lightweight and medium weight belt!
Package Handling Belt
Our three and four ply tan transmission belts are excellent for general service conveyor and power transmission applications. The rubber friction surface helps keep even slippery packages moving along at belt speed. The multiple plies give these belts excellent fastener retention and good dimensional stability for horizontal package handling applications. These belts are also used as power transmission belts in a wide range of industries.
Rough Top Belt
The deep textured surface with raised rubber peaks grips each package and carries it up inclines as steep as 35º. Rough top belts are our most popular line of incline belts. They are available in black or non-marking tan rubber for general service and reddish-brown nitrile for applications where oil is present. Pure gum rubber works best where abrasion, tearing or gouging are problems with the general service rough top belts. For the most severe abrasion applications choose blue or orange Carboxylated Nitrile rough top belts.
Carboxylated Nitrile RT Belt
The Carboxylated Nitrile rough top belt is for those applications where excellent abrasion, oil and chemical resistance is required. These belts are commonly used in the processing of paper and cardboard products and some wood processing applications. The bright blue or orange colored impression covers allow for easy identification in a plant.
Steep Incline Belt
Our full line of molded impression top, steep incline belts are ideal for carrying packages, cases, cartons, luggage and many products up inclines as steep as 45º. The steep incline belts are available in the following four cover impressions: V-Cleat, Diamond Incline (Wedgegrip), Ribflex and the new PVC Herringbone design. These belts are available in general service black rubber compounds, and some are stocked in non-marking tan or pure gum compounds.
Grey Sticky-Top Belt
A truly unique belt, our Grey Sticky-Top belt handles some of the toughest incline applications. The two ply, monofilament carcass is easy to track and resists curling. The soft, PVC cover allows this belt to be used on inclines to 55º and beyond (depending on the product being conveyed). The plied construction and PVC cover allow us to endless this belt with an overlapped finger splice, making it a real problem solver for the steepest incline applications.
